I guess localbitcoin is available for each and every country hence you may find your easiest yet reasonably safer trade through localbitcoin exchange.

After localbitcoins, I am using binance for converting my cryptos into fiat (yes not just bitcoins, now a days I have options to trade most altcoins for my local fiat). But, I had to clear their all KYC norms before enabling myself for trading/withdrawing fiats there.
