"Croatian" thread was originally in "Local>Other" (Hrvatski) and thread has been created on the 1st July 2011. Nickname of account which started thread, musper, is slang. It means "sperm"  (good old Balkan mentality, never disappoints you  ). Croatian local board was created few years later, on the 18th December 2014.  First thread where its creation is mentioned is this one and thread was  open in less than one hour after Theymos announced new board.  First moderator was Lauda, and we don't have moderator since his removal (in 2017).

This thread is actually "happy new 2015!" thread and 18th December should probably be official birthday date (I used word "probably" because birthday could also be on the 1st July, I guess it is something to discuss).
