They dont have any proof of multi-accounting.. I asked multiple times.. Even if I was multi-accounting, they can't forfeit my winnings. Would they have given me my deposit back if I had lost the bet?

Usually, they must tell you all details about this problem,, its difficult to understand, usually brokerages as this one are clean and dont do bad tricks. Keep fighting until the end and try to solve this problem. Also, very bad that the main support here dont write back,, strange.
