now we have some players that they are near to level 24 and they reach to it soon but they havent different with a player level 20

a player level 24 can come to level 20 and a player level 20 can come to it too. so a player level 24 havent different with player level 20 but must player level 24 have more options than player level 20.
new weapon is good too but my suggestion is for other thing. how much you got skill rewards? its a skill but i think alot players didnt upgrade it alot.
