Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?

I love taking care of myself and I exercise with an application that I download on my cell phone. But I don't take care of myself in my diet, I love to eat, because I'm one of those people who eat a lot and don't get fat. But sometimes for not eating well, my health is affected. So I am trying to improve my diet to feel better, continue training to gain strength and tone my body.
