Not all the altcoins will rise when altseason started only few of them will make it, majority of altcoins will die and mostly projects without use cases and working product will be eliminated which is good for the cryptomarket.
I agree that those who are for real cause will survive and make a big run once the alt season rise back. Those projects that added real value and helps
the industry to be more useful being alternative to the current system. We do have speculated and waits for alts that will continue surviving and tailing bitcoin's success.
Altcoin season has always been a topic of great interest recently but I believe this will not happen according to many people predictions because this time the market is still being manipulated. I think Bitcoin dominance is completely overwhelming this market and altcoins are still very much dependent on Bitcoin so surely this time is still very risky if you choose to invest.
I rarely predict the future, but it may take a few more years for the altcoin season to come back and the market will be hard to come back to like 2017.
