I don't like the idea of opening accusation against any platform without giving them enough time to solve issues. Its because you have lack of patience  which is visible on your earlier replies. One of their member already given here reply about your issue and you should wait for getting response from their end. Obviously you are not the one and only user of their platform that they will give priority to you  only. On this kinda platform there is lots of users and team have regular workload to maintain their business. Sometime they can't make instant withdrawal or relative works due to maintenance activities and that can take slightly longer time. So reacting on this kinda situation isn't a wise decision.

Hope you will keep patience until team solve your matter from their end. Don't need to bump this thread by giving replies again & again.
