As far as I know, Cryptopay.me has introduced cards for Russia and is working on launching cards for the European Union. Unfortunately, their development have quite looong delay and my patience is over, thats why my question:

Still Wirex and Coinbase mainly.

I haven't used them for other purposes but their app is pretty slick. I'm finding Wirex a pain with its sluggish app so might give it a try.
I don't know why, but I don't trust Wirex ..
I have a Coinbase account for a long time, so I just ordered a card from them. I will give them a try. Should arrive up to 7 days. If it works like online account, then I should be fine.. well, maybe not about the fees.
