You can do whatever you want while using it. You can either stop and do manual. For trailingstop, yes it does. You can adjust stop-loss, trailing stop and everything.

Your tokens are completely safe, Paratica cannot withdraw anything from your account as API does not allow. When you are using Paratica, you can stop bot and use it manually or withdraw anytime you want. It does not restrict your actions.
