what exactly do those accomplish? push prices down lower or help raise them up?

Can anyone plz explain the concept of buy and sell walls and how these can manipulate the market. Or at least provide a link.

I am not sure but math is telling me that is to protect prices from falling below .0030 since all the mtgox stuff. Thanks Vertan protector. some whales already passed from LTC to VTC.
