many choices, the price is relatively cheaper than bitcoin and the opportunity to make more profit. Maybe there are some benefits if I spend more of my money investing in altcoin and holding it for the long term. But the negative value that I found is that the influence of bitcoin is too big on altcoin until now.
Don't be decieved, most altcoins don't deliver massive profits in long term. Only very few quality ones does achieve that. Bitcoin has always been the most preferable choice when it comes to long term investment as it has proven over the last decade, been profitable althoughout the years and best Investment asset. Investing in altcoins should mostly be a short term plan and profits gained should be be used to buy bitcoin and maybe other worthy coins. Altcoins can be very profit when you trade then too since the volatility is somehow predictable since their prices is influence by bitcoin price movement.
