many choices, the price is relatively cheaper than bitcoin and the opportunity to make more profit. Maybe there are some benefits if I spend more of my money investing in altcoin and holding it for the long term. But the negative value that I found is that the influence of bitcoin is too big on altcoin until now.
I think altcoin could never lose its correlation with Bitcoin, ever. That said, 2020 is looking to be a good year for both Bitcoin and altcoin. Alts performance during January even better than Bitcoin, I would say. Major ones are all moving bigger in terms of percentage. ETH, BSV, BCH, ETC. Heck even ETC went 10x right?
Yeah alts are more volatile but that's a good thing in bull market because you would get more in return.
