When few days ago I struggled with one payment transaction from pool, which caused a missing balance on the exchange, I contacted the exchange staff as well as the one from the pool.

Until now, I haven't seen any response from the exchange so far. Pool staff reacted immediately and refunded me the coins from their own balance.

That's what I call an excellent customer service.
