What about limiting deposits per altcoin per day, like no more then 24 ( hourly ). I know I have mine set to deposit at any where from every 3 - 12 hours. And if deposit frequency exceeds 24 per day per coin, there be a 0.25% deposit fee ( or more ).
This idea with the combination of a minimum deposit amount should do the trick
