Free tokens don't hurt. Be sure you are not installing anything or anyway interacting with your metamask or providing your keys anywhere. Be sure to use a bounty only email and you'd be fine. If it were just for making you follow, you can always unfollow later. Most probably even if you got it may amount to dust, but there's no sorrow if you have a few minutes to spare.
