According to what you've posted, that's 55 percent and 71 percent of
Enterprise IT.
It is
NOT 55 percent or 71 percent of "experts", or "knowledgable individuals", or "educated individuals".
Furthermore, according to what you've posted...

Furthermore:

Clearly, your reported "55 percent" and "71 percent" aren't exactly what I'd call "reliable sources". Their opinions about the threat of quantum computing aren't very compelling.
