I remember a project that went to ICO with a similar idea. But this project was not successful. Not surprisingly, the market for alcohol products is regulated by the state. Its probably easier to just go to the store and buy what you need.
This is being regulated only for the purpose of medical needs. I believe the ICO project that backed with the drug buying and selling seems to be marijuana coin. To stop the illegal drug trade of necessary drugs for medical needs States regulated the usage. This way medical needs gets fulfilled and not the entire drugs.
