What you think more profit, participate in IEO or wait after IEO and buy the token from exchanges?
I think its both , although we cannot be sure about the possible profit but investing on IEO will offer more greater profit if the project is to well known and if you can do trade after it was been listed on exchange then it is much more profitable , so for me its both .
To introduce the project is very easy if you really do it or all have procedures and have enough or more funds to develop a project. So this only depends on the team.
