We will never be sure of what will happen in the market that is just the reality of it, at some point you need to take a decision, do you want to buy now or do you want to wait for a better price? Personally I think the price will drop even further so it does not make sense for me to buy now but that is just my opinion and what I plan to do, you need to take your own decision based on your skills and even more importantly you need to learn how to live with that decision in the case you were wrong.
