Instead of fixing the issue you are facing, you choose to take a holiday. Can you just give back users' money without holding it for no reason?
Having problems with withdrawals is not what we encountered for the first time. But, first they said they would fix it up to 20 days. After 20 days, withdrawal button of 4 coins worked. Now, the status of witdraw remains as "pending". I have been waiting for over 50 hours. And they give themselves a break in all these problems. Like a joke.
