one question though = is the use of your TM symbol legit by all means? legit means you have basis and supporting docs

Trademark can be used as soon as you file for the registration...
They filed for it back in 2018 ...
So your Dishonesty claim is honesty.....

you can check why they have the suspension notice. the team should rectify this issue or their geeq reg will be abandoned as stated
