I think all is possible specially in what kind of technology thar we are have now. All we know that even the impossible thing can develop and built because of technology. But always remember that if altcoin will innovate, there is a big possibilities that bitcoin will do it first because  all we know that bitcoin can be classifies as a pioneer coin here in crypto so it is not hard to innovate.
