I like straight simple questions !

what you need for starters :

Trust proof(s) : casinos online or not , are like banks , what u got there ?
Audience : are you already famous ? or what u plan to do about ?
Capital : can you show us (potential costumers) the Money ?  
Resources : did you have domain_name(s) , server(s) , software , right people to run your casino ?
Vision : there are thousands already working Casinos , what more you can offer to us ?
...
sadly enough , list is way too long my friend , but we can try still !
