Why would the coronavirus impact Bitcoin? How can this world issue be related to Bitcoin? Are you expecting that such world issues like this would definitely affect the prices of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies?
Even if the government, scientists or authorities see an online store that sells N95 masks and enabling Bitcoin as a payment option, I honestly don't think it would really impact BTC's price, like it does during the US-Iran tensions (until Trump ceasefires and Bitcoin cools off).
