Plus there is an advancement of sports science and medicine, which really help him recover very quick. And from the way he plays, we can still like 3 or 4 years in front of him.

And if everything goes well in Lebron's health, we might get a chance to see Bronny and Lebron play in the same court in NBA. That would be a spectacle to watch. Imagine two generations playing on the same court.

Yet, it's a shame for other superstars who hasn't put to rest and played every single game because that's what the fans paid for.
It is a management prerogative and besides, he has a valid injury. It is more painful to see him play every single game and then get sidelined for months because he got his injury aggravated. I think if other superstars have a lingering injury as well, their management will surely load manage them but they don't, so they have to play. If we need to blame someone for load management, blame Popovich for introducing.
