I am looking to open a new bitcoin casino.

I want to start off by opening an online bitcoin casino WITHOUT a license. I want to know what countries allow for this LEGALLY.

I plan to get a license in the future if my website gets some decent traffic.

It probably won't matter as long as your casino doesn't get involved with any 3rd party advertisers or FIAT money itself.

Let's say you bought a hosting and a domain anonymously from an offshore hosting/domain company and paid your expenses with bitcoin... As long as you stay smart they cannot reach you. Your problems would start when you want your lambo and you already said before you reach that state you would get a licence so...

You can probably get away with it as long as you stay bitcoin only but you need to act super paranoiac about it. (use vpn's, mixers, throw away addresses etc)
