Nope, only Bitcoin will benefit since legalization mostly affect bitcoin. Although coins might benefit later but the initial advantages will go towards bitcoin. Everyone is expecting 2020 to be a very profitable year but the outcome might just be different since over the past 2 years we have experience exactly opposite of what majority of the community members assume (bull).
