It would be up to you. But I suggest if you will sell that first when the price of bitcoin or the value of it will came into $9,000 because this is the highest peak of the bitcoin right now based on the  speculations and predictions of many people. If you really need the money before the February 22nd then probably it would also be better if you will sell that right now especially that the bitcoin is pumping up, so that you will already converted your bitcoin into a fiat money and you can already use it and save it until February 22nd for your upcoming events that your bitcoin will be spend off.
