Lottery for fun and for their life. both difficult to implementing when such people don't have big guts. They have money when having erratic work, busking, etc. all they get, all in for a lottery. when he got lost, he comes back home and angry with his wife, nothing to eat today. damn, broken family.
is this really happening mate?what kind of people are they?letting their family starve and yet have enough to become angry?does this can be go into action by law enforcement?i mean there are laws that protect the rights of women and children and this one i am sure is covered by this laws?
these kind of people needs to be put in Jail and not allowed to have their own family because it is a fathers/husbands obligation to support their family and not to make them suffer just because of their laziness and addictions.
