Every project has its own break, however we cant broadcast significant year for these projects growth it always depends on development and adoption. Even if the project is 100% feasible but no adopters then definitely it will be a big problem, the key is always on the team.
The reason why there was no adoption nowadays, because of the past failures particular with several ICO which didn't get any positive results. More scammers made cryptocurrency into bad image, that never took a good feedback from many investors. There's always a nice solutions to acquire legit platform, but I don't think it was really effective since it was too difficult to gain back people's trust.
