There has been several people recently contacting us over Twitter and Telegram and here on BitcoinTalk who have stated they have not received coins after purchasing them from Potwallet.com.

Potcoin is not "officially" affiliated with Potwallet. We have no control over the accessibility or functionality of any transactions from or to Potwallet.  There was an agreement to provide access to their platform from the PotCoin site - but PotCoin does not control the operation of PotWallet. That is NOT to say that PotWallet is a scam - they are not.  They are a solid platform and coins have not been stolen.  But the operations of Potwallet are separate from PotCoin and neither side's operations should effect the other as they are fully separate.  Only links are provided.  We have no direct control over their operation - please contact them directly for issues with any deposits or withdrawals.

The only, current (as of 1/27/2020) officially endorsed crypto wallet for PotCoin is OUR QT desktop wallet for PC, Mac & Linux. This is the ONLY wallet which currently carries the full vetting and approval of PotCoin.

New PotCoin 3.0 wallets are currently in Beta Test - and you can see those being reflected by the explorers.  When those wallets are fully tested and ready to be rolled out, announcements will be made.
