Time must increased, because 1 hour is too fast; there should be an official notification system, built into the wallet, and not a third-party script; at least three notifications before the penalty.
Current system is uncomfortable and malfunctioning.

Right now I'm paying for my penalty again
and I going to waste a day of mining to pay my penalty, and it's not even one hour I think it's more of an accumulation of wallets offline, so if you are out in front of your computer, be sure to off your mining if you cannot monitor your wallet, or you will be paying the price.
