What can I say, it doesn't even look like you're scared of a ban you might get for something you did/are going to do.. 
I don't like harsh punishes, but I don't like this forum being mocked either so I'm oscillating between whether a temp-ban before a perma-ban is a good idea or not. Most threads about ban appeals are started by people acting innocent when, in fact, they know they did not respect the rules of the forum.
The only reason I'd prefer having a temp-ban before a perma one on this forum is due to the fact that there might really be a few users being banned for something they did not intend to do. A change is possible, but it rarely happens. However, when I see ban evasions, I wish these users had an IP ban of the forum just so they could learn their lesson. Seeing users avoiding bans is disgusting and shall be punished as deserved.
