I didn't saw where did they get that number from, it felt like they just made something up basing on some feeling. Dash has a lot of potential but it's going to be really hard to say if the exchanges can act as a fiat ramps with untraceable currencies in the future or how the banks will deal with your money when it comes from private transactions. Assuming one would deal with fiat currency ramps anymore in the future.
