Or you mean IEO? 'cause if you mean IEO then the best place to do that would be on Binance.Why? It is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange, good trading volume, and any shill post of a project connected to Binance will surely get more attention to it.
But, getting listed on that exchange is very, very difficult to achieve. The project needs to very good for them to even consider listing it.
So if you have plans on doing that, good luck.
If your project is good you don't need crappy exchange like centralized binance. Don't they ask KYC? A good project can use any method of distribution and still do well. Only a total and complete moron will choose a project based on where it is listed or by the method of distribution. I do agree that having an IEO on an exchange is a good idea but if the project is that good it won't matter and it will eventually be listed.

ICOs are no more mate and ICO can't be launched on exchange, if you want to use ICO to raise fund it will be managed by project owner or team themselves, believe me you will end up with worse results because investors wont invest on ICO Why? Do you just say whatever you thinking as you think it? If you look at crowdfunding it works well.
