You have the official email from the team but there is no guarantee if they will be answering your email. The market looks still active to trade jinbi coin and some pumpers that used it to be washtrading coin.

I have sent emails to the jinbi team several times, but none of them have been answered, even though I only asked about KYC and also the distribution of jinbi tokens to bounty participants, I was one of the participants of the jinby project just like other participants who did not get paid for support for the their project, now all communication access has been closed by the jinbi including their telegram chat channel, so, we are very difficult to ask directly to the jinbi team.
