However, we do require KYC when users need to withdraw and we NEVER failed users' KYC for irrational reasons. Our customer services have been distributing much of their time and efforts to assist users to complete their KYC, resubmit their KYC if they failed for the first time or for several times. We passed every user who submits their legal ID and personal information following our instructions and meeting the requirements.

We have more than 900,000 users globally and we do care about the safety of each user’s account and digital assets. The KYC is for the safety of every users' assets and we clearly notify it in our user's policy. Besides, we are making efforts to optimize the current KYC process to make it more user-friendly.
