I believe in the 4 year cycle of Bitcoin because the halving is scheduled every 4 years and we have seen this impact on the price in the last 2 cycles. Its just inevitable that the halving is going to I influence the price in a major way every 4 years.
That is the premise in the first place, block halvening every 4 years, so obviously, there could be a big impact on the price. To be honest, I didn't watched the video but I would just like to comment based on my experienced in the crypto sphere.
Yes, we can claim that the market's data is not that sufficient to say that there is indeed a 4 year cycle, but I tend to believed that crypto investors are somewhat influence by it and to some extend happened, just like what we see in 2017.
