Short but very important note: Why are so many people applying with less than 10 merits earned in last 120 days? We stated clearly in our opening post that this requirement must be met in order to qualify. Please do us all a favor and read threads before you are applying, this will help you in future. 
It is possible that they apply, becuse they think that posts quality is more important..
Not many people care about Merits, because 10 Merits everyone can buy for a few cents on local forums ..Backing to the main point I say, that users without required 10 merits apply for the campaign without reading rules. They simply hurry to join it without paying any big attention on rules. In the most of cases they do not have a lot of strong, but unmerited comments at all.
