Update: Talked to the support - you decide if you want to try this site out with a smaller deposit.

Hello. How may I help you?

Hi there, I have a 55usd balance and i would like to withdraw.
Danny 23:00
The minimum withdrawal is $100 .
XXXXX 23:01
I know, but I would like my money anyway. I was not aware of this absurd restriction before depositing. Could you make an exception?
Danny 23:01
You have agreed to the Terms and Conditions upon registering. The minimum withdrawal to be sent is $ 100 .
XXXXXX 23:02
Please, could you make an exception and process my withdrawal, it is not an insignificant amount for me and I just wanted to give the site a try. Is processing a simple bitcoin withdrawal such a problem for you?

Once you have the sufficient amount , you may cash out.

In an age of casinos with instant withdrawals, does it really make sense to play in a casino with this kind of attitude to someone that wanted to give them an honest try? Again, this is my deposit and my winning, i did not get any promotion/bonus. They are keeping my money and there is nothing I can do about it.

Damn, that is some really shitty behaviour on the site's part. If that conversation is real, I would definitely blacklist this site. I've had the chance to interact with many support agents of gambling sites listed here, and none of them was as dismissive and arrogant as this guy is. What a shame.

No, I disagree with you. The withdrawal limit is set for a reason and it would be trivial for people to deposit and withdraw constantly and giving the support crew unnecessary work. A lot of these sites screen each and every withdrawal request to guard against scammers that might have found an exploit to beat the house.

The guys at Freebitco.in reported that some users figured out how to deposit and then withdraw the same coins repeatedly to cash in on reward points that was issued on each deposit. So they just used the same coins to cash in on the reward point.  Angry

So withdrawal limits are used to scrutinize gamblers actions and to prevent people from gaming the system. Scammers usually only risk small amounts, because they do not want to lose a lot of money when they are caught and that explains the $100 withdrawal limit.
