Absolutely yes we can laugh at these guys. There is a long tradition in our history of this. One and two hundred years ago it was cartoons in newspapers, fifty years ago (and still going today) it was Saturday Night live, and so forth. Such talk is literally protected by the First Amendment.

Now I realize something, my country is controlled by selfish people, they are not open to criticism, they are trying to take away freedom of opinion in my country.
In fact, they have drafted a law on criminal for the people who harass the president (even though it's just a meme).
Can this pass as Trump meme? I don't know, but it made me chuckle
