Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes the blockchain is overloaded, so confirmation takes longer than usual.  Which is not our fault.



I understand that to proceed mixing i need to accept this point but is there any way to get back bitcoins that arrived to address later than 24h? Sometimes extraordinary things happens (like casino/exchange proceed delay) and i don't see that in TOS.

BTW. Where is full TOS?

In case of an issue, please contact our support department via the chat option and attach the letter of guarantee. The supporter will take care of everything and guide you so you receive your coins back or mixed coins to the desired address that was submitted before the mixing operation.
