Yup definitely a scam. I received the same message today.
My usual test is: "if it sounds too good to be true, its probably a scam"

I fully agree with that. Usually, those scammers are deceiving users by too-good-to-be-true rewards, or promos. Those who will fall on their trap will say goodbye to their money without a trace. So be careful with those supposedly winnings of yours even if you haven't given your entry to any promotional campaigns. It is the same as emails sent to us before, like you inherited millions of $s or you are the chosen lucky winner, etc. Now they are evolving, because we have cryptocurrencies.
