I think so, because DarkStar_ already stated multiple time he might even consider from 'not accepted' list. So obviously he would look all previous application even that's are on not accepted list.

Overall what I understand, you do not need to re-apply at all. DarkStar_ will chose from existing applications if in case he need more participants.

By the way Good luck to all those who still have the application. Sadly I have deleted my application a week ago, so no chance for me Wink
