Shit exchange always playing with volume. I believe new exchange also trying to do same things. Top exchange can't be by only volume. Bcnex exchange is a new exchange but you can't withdraw anything from this exchange but volume is showing good. From P2PB2B exchange you can withdraw but volume is fake.
If you can't withdraw, then that is another story, they are not only faking trading volume but they are literally scamming people.
Exchange that does not follow withdrawals should directly be considered as a scam exchange and I don't think they are really in a business since big exchange would always value their reputation over anything for the continuity of business.
