Try adding --scan-serial-erupter:all to the command line when starting BFGMiner.
its saying unrecognized option :/
but which version?
I tried the last one and I cannot get it to work.
Wish I have kept the old versions that I used in 2013.
I found 1 old cgminer version (cgminer-3.7.2-windows)
and I tried with following:
cgminer-nogpu.exe -o stratum+tcp://pool.com:0000 -u xxx.x -p x --icarus-options 115200:1:1 --icarus-timing 3.0=100

But it gives errors like this:
