If it gets banned, I'll refund your money. Chances are I'm going to spend the bitcoin in the summer, so I'll almost definitely have the bitcoin still. If I don't have the bitcoin, I'll gladly repay with paypal.
Unless you put it in escrow, it's not guaranteed you'll refund anyone and paypal is even worse. Most of us hate paypal with a passion and wouldn't even consider using it.
