Him being continually late on loans that he takes over and over to "pay bills" doesn't make me think he has any money to invest into investigating anything..
Also looks pretty "high risk" to me..
I think at the very least he needs to be out of DT (done already) and labeled as a somewhat-unstable individual (done already). Beyond that it's kinda moot. The totality of shady shit he's involved in is quite impressive but I don't know if it's a high-risk now that he doesn't have the "trustworthy DT member" badge anymore.
