I hear stellar foundation or whoever is in charge of the house, gives away like $120000000 worth of XLM to whoever comes to join their partner, Keybase. That is peachy. Things begin to straighten up and look brighter overall. No KYC (do u hear me, Algorand bastards???), nothing. My personal impression is that ripple might take off first, u know, sort of paving the way for stellar. That advance might be a trigger to call upon stellar to join the pump.

i dont remember which exchange it was, i tried to participate in a giveaway they had, the only thing i shall do it answer few questions and then they told me that they can't give me the coins because they dont operate in my country..
