I think it's okay whether English or tagalog or even taglish because not all of us here in the local section are really fluent in speaking tagalog since we are not all from Manila and other's are from other country which are now living in the Philippines and to be in a local sharing is a good thing.
I suggests take that "English only" criteria.

Are you sure gusto mong sundan yung pang-apat na rule ni Juggy? Alalahanin mo na dito sa lokal ka nag-post ng merit giveaway.
Mas maganda kung mabanggit sa rule kung may rank barrier ba o wala (halimbawa: full member below). Ilan ang sMerit na meron ka ngayon?
Katulad nga ng nabanggit ko same rules tayo pero para sa Pinoy so english post din na useful sa forum .
At need at least below 20 o 10 Merit receive from the past 120 days open to all rank tayo at free to join din yung ibang gusto mag share ng merit pwede kayong mamili din ng mga tutulungan nyo dito sa thread.
P.S malalaman naman nating pinoy yan kung may old post na dito or pwede IPM kausapin ng malaman.
so i think that is more than enough for us to understand His stand.
